We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:

- North America: 7–14 business days
- Asia & Pacific: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns
We want you to love your Lionix piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Item must be in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items are not eligible for return
How to return: Email us at liońixfashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
